As In the other Classic range models, an Air Motion Transformer (AMT) tweeter is employed to wonderful effect. Here it is matched with the 134mm treated paper cone bass/midrange unit from Neat's Motive range models.
As always, internal components are chosen with great care to attain ideal matching of the drive units.
The crossover network features low tolerance air core inductors and polypropylene capacitors, hard-wired to minimise disruption to the signal path.
The Mystique also features a downward firing port, enabling deep, well-controlled bass frequencies and flexible placement.
The cabinet is mounted above a solid plinth, which offers great stability.
The Mystique Classic gives a stunning presentation of scale which suggests a far larger speaker. The compact and elegant cabinet can be placed easily in most domestic situations.
