Shipping Policy

For online orders over $150 placed through our website, we offer complementary shipping to metro areas. We use AusPost / StarTrack on most orders. Alternatively, you can collect your order in-store.

Dispatch Times:

• In-stock products are generally dispatched the next business day

• In-stock products at our suppliers are generally dispatched in 3-4 business days

• If a longer timeframe is expected, we will advise estimated dates by email

Returns Policy

We do not offer change of mind refunds. We invite you to visit us in-store to experience the music for yourself.

Website Terms

We make every effort to ensure the prices and specifications shown on the website are correct. However, for any reason including if an error has been made, we reserve the right to not process the order. In these situations we will contact you as soon as possible with alternative options.

Online payments made through the website are securely processed by our website provider Squarespace.
